The shipment add-on is available in the Salesforce App Exchange and enables the synchronization of shipment details and tracking numbers between the Salesforce customer relationship management platform and the Magento ecommerce platform.
With the shipment plugin, subscribers benefit from the convenience of automatically synced data, which eliminates the need for duplicated manual data entry and reduces the probability of human error.
"Magento platform offers flexibility to merchants when shipping large orders. Purchased physical products can be split into multiple shipments, and each shipment may consist of several boxes and different tracking numbers. Not every merchant requires such flexibility. These use cases are most common for the B2B merchants, and they are becoming more frequent in the B2C space as the business and the merchant product offering continues to grow," said PowerSync CEO Igor Krasnykh.

With this integration, your shipments can be created in Magento or Salesforce. The digital connector is sold separately from the company's other products, which provide data synchronization for sales data, accounts, contacts, leads, and invoice records. All of PowerSync's Salesforce add-ons allow for integration with Magento and Magento 2.
