PowerSync is looking for a sales professional to strengthen our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Account Management of allocated accounts (EMEA, US and APAC)
  • Timely follow up on leads
  • Customer Dedicated point of contact for all Sales and Account management related inquiries
  • Responsible for all corporate sales related activities (both proactive & reactive customer communication) to maintain and grow revenues in accordance with company goals and sales targets and to prevent service cancellations
  • Responsible for the production and professional follow up of sales quotations / proposals
  • Responsible for keeping Salesforce fully up to date and tracking relevant customer related data including valid contacts, opportunity logs, relevant activities, business insight and competitor info
  • Candidate expected to liaise with other internal teams as well as customers themselves to capture all required information for resolving customer request timely and/or closing a sale
  • Responsible for ensuring all signed orders are processed and delivered in timely manner
  • Responsible for ensuring all customers are having right expectations on delivery, lead times and processes
  • Candidate is expected to work closely with other PowerSync teams to ensure / improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Timely and proactive communication towards the VP of Sales in regards to potential ceases, major opportunities, business at risk, sales obstacles, etc

Experience Required

  • Candidate has worked in sales environment for 1+ year and has had experience with managing the full end to end sales cycle
  • Candidate has previously worked in a software company or has knowledge of software services and good understanding of corporate sales environment
  • Candidate has a basic understanding of Magento and Sales Force offerings
  • Candidate possesses strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of the account management or telemarketing experience
